Tatsächlich hat die Ernte 2025 in vielen Regionen Rekordzahlen erreicht - das Wetter war außergewöhnlich stabil. Bei mir hat das allerdings nicht zu einer günstigeren Einkaufsliste geführt: die Preise für Tomaten und Brokkoli sind trotz des Überangebots um 8‑10 % gestiegen, vermutlich weil die Transport‑ und Lagerkosten weiter nach oben gehen.
